UNBELIEVABLE Terracotta Roof Soft-washing in Harristown, Toowoomba

This roof was something else... A multi homeowner in Harristown, Toowoomba was so impressed by our soft-wash system on his home, that he referred us onto his neighbour. Her roof was in the same exact condition as his. Kilograms of green mould, lichen, and black mould. Dangerous for the immune system, tank water, and the eye sights of people walking past! Since it was a referral we gave them a discounted price of $650, which they accepted without hesitation. We arrived at their house during a rainy morning, but despite the weather we still proceeded with the job... With the right harnesses and safety equipment for Roof Cleaning of course! We started by batch-mixing a diluted mix of sodium-hypochlorite or bleach that we then sprayed onto the entire roof to kill all the surface organic matter. It was an amazing sight. The lichen had died off, proven by all the mould turning white, progressively during each coat that was applied. After the lichen had died and turned to a jelly like consistent, we then used heavily low pressure to safely rinse all the remaining residue without damaging the roof shingles. The results were day and night. Completely noticeable from the street.
