Roof, Eaves and Gutter Cleaning at Cranley Toowoomba

The team received a phone call from a homeowner in Cranley Toowoomba looking for a roof cleaning and eaves cleaning. A time for a quote was set up that day and when we arrived at the property, we could see that the roof had a considerable amount of lichen and mold growing on it, which has over time damaged the paint of the roof. This caused discoloration and exposure of the tiles on which the roof was made of. We then set up a date for the project.

The first thing we did was mix our soft-washing solution, then we sprayed the solution across the roof, eaves, and sidings of the house. This caused the previously green and black organics to turn yellow and exposed just how contaminated the roof was. The solution was allowed to dwell for 10-15 minutes to allow the organics to die as much from the chemicals as possible. However, it was apparent after 15 minutes that another layer of the solution would be needed, due to the thickness of the organic growth. Another 15 minutes passed and a considerable amount of the lichen and mold has disappeared and it was now time for water pressure to rinse and remove the rest of the organics left. This was done with our pressure washer. Lastly, the gutters were cleaned of the branches that were on them.

The owners were pleased by the results and were such great hosts for the duration of this project.
