Roof Clean, House Wash, Gutter Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning & Solar Panel Cleaning Dalby QLD
We received a phone call from a homeowner in Dalby wanting to improve their house exterior, in preparation to sell it. We discussed for a while and we suggested a package that included (Roof Clean, House Wash, Gutter Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning & Solar Panel Cleaning) which the client was delighted to accept.
The team arrived at the property and immediately got started to work. They decided that the best way to tackle this job was to work from up to down. The roof was covered in a grey layer of dirt accompanied by moss and lichen. The team got the soft-washing system ready with a 3% mix of SH and water. This was sprayed directly on the roof and immediately the organics on the roof started to die off as the previously grey layer turned to a light yellow. This was a good representation of how bad organic build-up can be on the roof. The team allowed the mix to rest on the roof for up to 10 minutes before it was washed off. What was revealed after was a bright white roof that was hidden under all the organics the whole time, much to the owner's delight as they had forgotten how their roof was supposed to look.
The team then cleaned the solar panels using a biodegradable solution that helps remove road film and other molds on the panels. A soft bristle brush and some water was also used.
It was then time for the house to be cleaned. Much like the roof, the house also had a film of dirt that would easily be removed thanks to the Pressure Up House Washing crew's skill and knowledge. A slightly less potent version of our soft washing mix was used (1%) as the house exterior was more delicate than the color bond roof. the same procedure from the roof cleaning was followed, the mix was sprayed on and then pressure washed off after 10 minutes. It yielded great results as the dirt faded away right before our eyes and a rejuvenated color of the house emerged.
Lastly, it was the driveways and pathways' time to get transformed. We used our SH mix to pre treat the surface then used our white tip to edge the surface then used a surface cleaner to clean the rest. The results really spoke for themselves as the dirt and grime were washed away after every swipe.
It was truly a transformative experience for the house and owners and we are very happy with the outcome!
