Mould Removal on Colorbond Roof in Kearney Springs, Toowoomba

An enthusiastic home-owner in Kearney Springs, Toowoomba contacted us and informed on hod she was hugely interested on a Roof Cleaning on her roof with lots of 'black stuff' on it. Obviously, since the property was only in Toowoomba, we offered to quote the job in person to garner more accurate pricing. Upon reviewal, we diagnosed that the black stuff was just build up of dirt and mould growth. We decided on offering her the price of $850 which they accepted promptly. Upon the day of the job, we arrived and promptly prepared our diluted sodium-hypochlorite chemical mixture and started using our soft-washer to soft wash the entire area of the roof. Upon a couple minutes passing, the results had already revealed itself. The black mould was mostly dead and soft to the touch whilst the build up of dirt basically disappeared. The job was completed with a final high pressure rinse to ensure that all the organic matter were removed from the roof and to thoroughly spray any missed parts.
