Irreplaceable Roof Soft Washing Service Completed at Harristown, Toowoomba

A homeowner in Harristown, Toowoomba asked us if we could provide a Roof Cleaning on his Terracota roof that had been sitting for years building up heaps of lichen. We could even sense the urgency and distress in his tonality as he explained how he had been receiving criticism for how dirty his roof was. We offered to help him at the price of $650 which he quickly accepted. We arrived at his address on the day and noticed how close it was to Harristown State High School. We believed his stories of criticism as thousands would walk past this roof each day. So we got to work... Firstly mixing our batch of diluted sodium hypochlorite which we would then softly apply to all the lichen and surfaces of his roof. As we let it sit for only 10 minutes, all our team members were amazed, but unsurprised at the efficiency of the chemical. The lichen, black mould, and dirt had died off. All that was left now was to rinse and wash off all the annoying residue with low pressure water. The results were amazing. Parts of his roof that were green and covered with organic matter had now been turned into a glossy beautiful surface. He gave us a $50 tip as a thanks.
