House Washing, Roof Cleaning, and Surface Cleaning in Highfields, QLD

A homeowner in Highfields, Queensland contacted us through Facebook requesting for her all aspects of her house to be pressure washed. We went to her house to provide a quote and immediately noticed how this job was going to be quite large. She had a colorbond roof which had mass amounts of dirt, cobwebs and lichen growing all over the it. Her house were also covered in dust as well as heavy amounts of cobwebs around her walls, external gutters and windows. Her driveway, concretes, and pathways also were dirty due to years of not cleaning them. After she accepted the quote we went to her property days after to undergo the project. We started on her colorbond roof and applied our sodium hypochlorite chemical mixture to the entire area of the roof, and watched as the lichen and dirt which was stuck on there slowly dying. Whilst we let it sit for 10 minutes to maximise its effectiveness, we carried on cleaning her dust-filled solar panels with our chemical mixture and then softly rinsing it off. We took our surface cleaner and pressure washer onto the roof to complete it by power washing all the dirty contents which surfaced the colorbond roof. After it was done, the original whiteness of the roof was revealed and completely transformed it, reverting back to its original beauty. After that, we cleaned all her driveway, pre treating it with the same chemical so all the dirt that was on it would be easily washed away by our pressure washer. After washing it with high pressure washer, the dark colored concrete driveway was completely clean and revealed its light colours. We did this same process for all the ground surfaces of her home including her rear-side concretes as well as the pavements around her pool. Each displayed the same results and were thoroughly cleaned and reverted. Lastly, we started on the walls, eaves and external gutters of the home. The gutters in particular, had green organic matter which grew on its surface, with the eaves being the same case. Using our soft wash system, we applied another batch of sodium hypochlorite mixture. The cobwebs, mould, and dirt were eradicated quickly after the solution was applied. We undertook the process of pressure washing these surfaces with just high pressure washer as all the dirtiness was now easily washed off due to the chemical. At the end of the job, the result was a house which completely transformed from its previous unclean state.
