House Washing in Hodgson Vale, Queensland
A homeowner in Hodgson Vale, Queensland contacted us through our website requesting a roof cleaning of their roof with lichen growth and dirt build up, as well as washing their eaves and external gutters. They also requested for their pavements and outside stone wall to be pressure washed. We accepted as we knew we would easily handle this job with no problems. Upon arrival at their house, we assessed the home and confirmed their description of the home conditions. Firstly, we washed their roof by initially applying a sodium hypochlorite chemical mixture onto the entire area of the colorbond roof, which quickly eradicated the lichen, as well as washing most of the dirt. However, it would not be complete until the final rinse with our pressure washer which washed off any remaining lichen and dirt. Next was their eaves and external gutters which both had traces of organic growth and dirt build up. With the same process of applying chemical and rinsing off with high pressure water, the surfaces were left white and clean. Lastly, we actioned on all their pavements and pathways which stretched around the entire home, it was quite easy as our 4000PSI pressure washer got the job done quite effectively. We then went on to their outside wall, which at first was discoloured due to prolonged amount of time of dirt, dust and grime build up, but after pressure washing the entire surface, it was back to its original glory and looked brand new.
