Astonishing Roof Clean in Warwick, Queensland

A homeowner in Warwick, Queensland contacted us to request a quote to soft-wash her single storey colourbond roof. We accepted as we've done numerous roof cleanings before. Upon assessing her roof we immediately noticed the heavy amounts of lichen that covered the entirety of her roof. With our assessment we gave her a price of $550 which she immediately accepted. Upon the day of the job, we arrived at her home and swiftly got to mixing our chemical mixture consisting of a diluted sodium-hypochlorite and water solution which we sprayed onto the entire area of her roof using our 12V softwasher. We let the chemical fully incorporate itself onto the lichen and dirt and watched as the organic matters died quickly. Although the roof already looked splendid the job would of course not be up to our standards until we pressure washed the roof using our 4000PSI pressure washer to spray off any remaining organics on the roof. The result was a roof restored back to its original glory and was as white as when it was first built.
